Over the past 12 years, Houston Christian has been recognized as a Tommy Tune Award finalist 90 times.

In the past 2 years, the department was recognized with 91 nominations for the Tommy Tune Awards.

The department has won 12 times, with one National Jimmy Awards winner.

Houston Christian's ComedySportz Team won the city-wide battle 2018 and was runner-up in 2019!

Houston Christian TheatreWorks students attend the ISAS Festival annually and are regularly honored for their art performances.

​

As a standard, Houston Christian Theatreworks students receive academic honors, musical accolades, and citizenship awards at school, around the city, and in the state of outstanding achievement,

 

To be an HC Theatreworks student is to be exceptional.
